Refunds and returns

RETURNS

Our suppliers take every care to package your goods well, but if your product arrives damaged or is faulty, and you would like to inquire about a replacement or refund, please email us on hello@prettycoolstuff.co.nz within five days of your receipt of the item with a detailed explanation of the issue. Please attach good quality photos and/or videos showing the damage or fault. 

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

  • All sales are final, so please choose carefully.
  • Once a product has been used, it cannot be returned. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
  • All replacement or refund requests made for faulty or damaged items must be received within five days from your receipt of the product and this must match our product delivery confirmation.
  • If we provide good evidence of the issue and advise the supplier within their refund/replacement period then they will be happy to replace the item or agree on a full or partial refund.
  • If the supplier agrees a replacement, full or partial refund is required, we will confirm this back to you via return email.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If a replacement, full refund or partial refund is approved, we may need you to send the product back to us. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order. We recommend you use a trackable service with shipping insurance to ensure we receive your returned item.
  • If a full or partial refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
  • Once allow another 2-4 weeks for your replacement item to arrive.
  • Please note that only full priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot.
