FAQ's

DO YOU ONLY SHIP TO NZ?

At this stage, yes. We are keen to expand internationally though, so if you would like us to look at your country, please email us on hello@prettycoolstuff.co.nz and let us know!

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

Your order is processed and sent to the supplier(s) immediately. Most orders leave suppliers' warehouses between 1-4 business days after ordering. You will receive notification of both processing and shipment.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders may be able to be cancelled if they have not been shipped, please contact us urgently on hello@prettycoolstuff.co.nz and we will investigate and let you know. After they have been shipped it is not possible to cancel the order.

WHAT IF I PUT MY ADDRESS IN INCORRECTLY?

Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address as we cannot be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by you, and cannot offer refunds or replacements if we were given an incorrect address. If by some chance you did put in an incorrect address, email us at  hello@prettycoolstuff.co.nz as soon as you realise and we'll let you know if there's anything we can do to help. But because your order is processed immediately upon payment, it's not often that we are able to change an address. You may need to make your own arrangements to pick it up from the address given. 

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

They could come from any country. We currently work with suppliers in New Zealand, Australia, USA, UK, Russia, China, Singapore and Korea and as our aim is to source the latest trends at a reasonable price, our supplier network - and the countries they are in - will continue to grow. 

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?

Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Deliveries can vary depending on which country your items are shipped from.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

Because we use a number of different suppliers, your items may be sent in separate packages and arrive on different days. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us at  hello@prettycoolstuff.co.nz.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER COSTS?

Generally speaking, there shouldn't be any other costs. However, depending on which country the supplier is and what they are shipping, your shipping cost may be higher than the fee we charged. Where possible, we will cover any difference, but in some cases we may have to pass it on to you. In that instance, we will interrupt the processing of your order and speak to you about it first.

Also, in some cases, your shipment may require import or customs taxes be paid. You can read NZ Customs Service FAQ's here. These are your responsibility to cover and www.prettycoolstuff.co.nz and its directors and staff cannot be held responsible or liable for any taxes charged.

WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I RECEIVE IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED?

Please email us on  hello@prettycoolstuff.co.nz within five days of your receipt of the item with a detailed explanation of what is wrong. Please attach good quality photos and/or videos showing the damage or fault. We will pass it on to the supplier and presuming they agree it is damaged or faulty, and we have advised them within their refund/period, they will confirm whether you will receive a full or partial refund or a replacement item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Please read our returns policy for more detailed information.

You most certainly can. Simply sign up to receive our enewsletters (in the footer of the website) and we'll let you know when cool new stuff is available for you to buy.
